3. Perpetual Trading

Perpetual trading means trading the price movement of an asset — like Bitcoin, Ethereum, or a tokenized stock — without owning the asset itself, using a contract that never expires.

Leverage lets you open a position larger than your account balance, and liquidation is what happens when the market moves too far against a leveraged position for your account to support it.

To place your first perpetual trade on Nado, you choose a market, select your margin mode and leverage, decide long or short, and place a market or limit order.

Take-Profit and Stop-Loss (TP/SL) are automatic orders that close your position when it reaches a profit target or a maximum loss you set.

The funding rate is a periodic payment exchanged between long and short traders that keeps a perpetual contract's price close to the underlying market price.
